Welcome to the Dragon School Management System ("System"). By accessing or using this System, you agree to these Terms of Service ("ToS"). Please read them carefully.

  1. General Information
    • Platform Details: Name: Dragon School Management System. Purpose: The System provides school management solutions to facilitate administrative tasks for schools. Access: This is a subscription-based platform available exclusively to teachers and school heads in Malaysia.
    • Eligibility: By accessing this System, you confirm you are authorized by your school to use the platform.
  2. User Interaction
    • Login and Access: Users can access the System via Single Sign-On (SSO). Credentials must be kept secure, and unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.
    • User-Generated Content: Users may upload or share content such as documents or media. By uploading content, users ensure it is appropriate and does not violate applicable laws or rights.
    • Data Collection: The System collects only the following user data:
      • Email
      • Name
      • Google Drive content voluntarily shared by users

    • Content Moderation: Content is not actively moderated. Users are solely responsible for the legality and appropriateness of the content they upload.
  3. User Obligations
    • Prohibited Activities: Users must not:
      • Engage in hacking or distribute malware.
      • Perform any action that harms the System, its servers, or other users.
  4. Legal and Compliance
    • Jurisdiction: This ToS is governed by the laws of Malaysia.
    • Privacy Policy: Users must agree to the Privacy Policy as part of these terms.
  5. Intellectual Property
    • Ownership of Content: Content uploaded by users is not owned by the System. Users retain ownership of their content.
    • License Grants: By uploading content, users grant the System a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display the content solely for operational purposes.
  6. Liability and Disclaimers
    • Third-Party Integrations: The System integrates with third-party services such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. The System is not liable for issues caused by these third parties.
    • Disclaimer of Warranties: The Dragon School Management System is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to provide a secure and reliable platform, we do not guarantee that the System will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of vulnerabilities.
    • Data Backup and Loss: All user data is backed up on a best-effort basis, and we take reasonable measures to ensure its safety and security. However, we do not warrant against data loss or corruption. Users are encouraged to maintain their own backups of critical data as an additional precaution.
    • Limitation of Liability: The System and its operators shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business arising from the use of the System.
  7. Termination and Suspension
    • Grounds for Termination: User accounts may only be suspended or terminated upon instruction from the school’s headmaster or principal.
    • Notice Period: No prior notice will be provided for account suspension or termination.
  8. Dispute Resolution
    • Resolution Methods: Disputes will be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to the courts in Malaysia.
    • Governing Law: This ToS shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian law.
  9. Updates to the ToS
    • We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the System after changes constitutes acceptance.
  10. Accessibility
    • Contact Details: For questions or concerns, users should contact their school’s headmaster or principal.
    • Language: This ToS is available in Chinese, Malay, and English for user convenience.
